Internship at hpo: a springboard to your first job
During your internship as a Junior Consultant at hpo, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the consulting world over a period of six months. Within a short time, you will already be able to actively support our project teams, partners and consultants in their client work.
Your tasks
- Preparing and supporting client interviews and workshops
- Working autonomously on small client tasks and analysis packages
- Supporting project managers and partners in client acquisition and new business efforts
- Participating in and co-creation of marketing activities to strengthen the hpo brand
- Processing internal (sub)projects independently
Training and development
As a Junior Consultant at hpo, you will benefit from our tailor-made training and development programme together with the new consultants. We support you in learning the hpo consulting craft and methodology as well as in developing skills such as interview and presentation techniques or project and time management.
