Onboarding Week
During the onboarding week, you will learn the basics for your successful start at hpo through presentations by your colleagues and self-study.
Bootcamp
In the hpo Bootcamp you will deepen your existing knowledge and train our methodology on practical cases, together with other hpo newcomers (4 days).
Real Deal
Outside in nature, some very special challenges await you at the Real Deal (2 days). Here you will get to know your colleagues under extreme conditions and can prove your ability to work in a team.
Knowledge Workshops
In regular knowledge workshops, you exchange information with the hpo team on current cases and issues and expand your know-how.
Summer School
Manager Training
At the Senior Consultant and Project Manager levels, you can expect comprehensive manager training. This includes internal project management training, an internal mentoring programme or external certification.
