The new corporate design, developed with the Zurich agency Bühler & Bühler, reinforces the sharpened positioning. It gives hpo a contemporary, lively and fresh look, but remains true to our principles.
Our name is our programme. The logo with the letters hpo (see picture below) stands unchanged for High Performance Organisations and radiates clarity, confidence and self-assurance. The blue "Unlocker" stands for openness and for the release of potential - in client organisations as well as in ourselves. We give impetus, question the existing, break up the entrenched and overcome supposed limits. The brightened, powerful and friendly hpo blue matches the positive energy and can-do attitude that we bring to our projects and with which we motivate and inspire people.
The new website is user-friendly and simply structured. The emotional visual language puts people in the foreground and is recognisably based in our home market of Switzerland. In the overall impression, the design combines modularity with clarity and simplicity. This is also how we work with our customers and it meets the requirements of the digital world.
