Executive Panel 2017

The hpo Executive Breakfast Event took place on 30 May 2017 at the Widder Hotel in Zurich. The panel participants Daniel Rochat (Head of Services Department and Member of the Executive Board, SWICA), Elke Guhl (CMO Switzerland and Member of the Executive Board, Swiss Life), Bodo Hechelmann (Senior Director Customer Experience Design, Swiss International Air Lines) and Teodoro Martino (Founder and Board Member, wefox) examined the topic of Customer Experience Design from different angles together with the audience.

As a conclusion, we can state that customer experience design is not just a fashionable term but is perceived as a mindset of an entire company. For most companies, however, being open to customer voices and focusing consistently on the goal of maximizing customer benefit still requires a step-by-step transformation of their own culture.

The event was exclusively by invitation and took place at the Widder Hotel in Zurich: Tuesday, 30 May 2017, 6 pm - 10 pm.
