For our demanding consulting projects we are looking for proactive and motivated employees which should meet the following requirements

• Extraordinary university degree
• Pronounced analytic and conceptual skills
• Proactive and motivated personality with a wide range of interests
• High degree of motivation and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and very good knowledge of English and German, further language skills are an advantage
• Practical experience desired
• Good sense of humour

Process of application
Please submit your complete application documents including a letter of application, a CV and all the certificates per mail to recruiting@hpo.ch. After studying your documents and a positive screening decision we will invite you to a recruiting day to our office in Freienbach SZ. In a number of talks with different interview partners you will get to know our company and we will get to know you. By dealing with case studies you will show your analytic and conceptual competences as well as your communication skills.
Within a few days you will get our feedback.
